Welcome, Sisters
This blog has a very specific purpose, and I am hopeful that many sisters will find it soon.
My name is Talitha, and I am looking for a sister wife to join our family... I will blog about our family here, who we are, what is important to us, what you can expect when you join us, and if I find interesting news, I will blog those too.
For now - Grace and Peace,
Talitha

How many other sister wives do you currently have and where are you located ? How many children do you and your sister wives have? How do you provide for everyone economically?
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting, but I won't answer most of your questions for reasons that should be obvious. I am not about to disclose any particulars about our family size.
As to how we are providing for everyone, however, it can be summed up in one word: Work. We have a regular paycheck coming in, and we all engage in any number of economic activities that keep the family well clothed, well fed and well sheltered, in short, well cared for. Our life style is simple compared to what most people are used to, so we do not need much actual cash.
Grace and Peace,
Talitha
Dear Talitha,
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if you had any advice for a person curious about the way you live.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteThank you for commenting. If your question is directed towards the lifestyle of polygamy in general, then I recommend that you Google it and find some communities or bulletin board services that pertain to that topic.
If you are referring more to a lifestyle of simple living and so forth, please read at http://JoshuahsHouse.com.
If your question pertains more to me as an individual, I would recommend that you email me, and ask away :) You can find my email address on the contact page of JoshuahsHouse.com
Grace and Peace,
Talitha
I guess a more specific question i have is that i was wondering if you accept people from the"outside"?
ReplyDeleteHi again,
ReplyDeleteThe answer to that question would be a "yes".
Since none of us grew up in a polygamous family or community, and since we do not belong to any polygamist community now either, everybody who wants to join would be an outsider.
Of course I can only speak for us at Joshuah's House and have no idea about the practices of other polygamist groups.
Grace and Peace,
Talitha
